Digital Coaching and Strategy

We don’t just offer best in class trainings but also coaching and strategy support to take your program to the next level. Digital coaching and strategy can be combined with training to round out a complete programmatic shift. We offer several options to align with your organization or campaign.

  1. One-time strategy packages
  2. Project-based coaching and strategy
  3. Ongoing coaching and strategy

One-time strategy packages

With a one-time strategy package, we’ll connect to make sure we understand what you are trying to accomplish. Then we’ll discuss what it would take to get your organization the strategy work you are looking for.

At a minimum, it is a few hour project to help you review or develop a strategy. Larger projects can involve several hours over several weeks to get an effective strategy developed. But the first step is reaching out to start a conversation about your goals.

Project-based coaching and strategy

On a deeper level, we can help with digital coaching and strategy over the course of a project. We start by getting a sense of your goals and what you are trying to accomplish. Here is a bit of what digital coaching and strategy can look like over the course of a project:

  1. Get a basic sense of your needs via the form below.
  2. Provide an in-depth discovery call.
  3. Suggest a custom designed training and coaching schedule.
  4. Lock it in and get started working together!

Ongoing coaching and strategy

One of our favorite ways to work with organizations is over a committed period of time to help them continue to level up with on-going digital coaching and strategy. Similar to project-based coaching and strategy this is about getting a sense of your goals and developing a plan.

Although the coaching is designed to be ongoing support, we develop one- to three-month plans to make sure we are aligned on how we are developing the coaching and strategy.

Our Project-based coaching and strategy looks a bit like this:

  1. Get a basic sense of your needs via the form below.
  2. Provide an in-depth discovery call.
  3. Suggest what month one can look like.
  4. Lock it in and get started working together!
  5. Review after month one and develop a new one to three-month plan.
